If so, we invite you to join this company's dedicated team at a boutique third-party administration firm specializing in 401(k) and DB/Cash Balance plan design and administration. With nearly 50 years in the business and a strong reputation for excellence, the company prides itself on its collaborative work environment and commitment to client service.Position Overview: You'll review trust accounting, testing, and 5500 forms prepared by other 401(k) plan administrators at the company, using any discrepancies as valuable teaching moments. You will also manage a caseload of 60-70 401(k) plans, averaging 10 participants each. This involves A-Z administration, including working with various recordkeepers and pooled/FBO accounts.Why Join This Company? We can't wait to hear from you! Job Requirements What The Company Is Looking For:
  • Experience: 6+ years in 401(k) plan administration at a TPA, with a demonstrated history of increasing responsibility. Experience reviewing trust accounting, compliance testing, and 5500 work done by other plan administrators.
  • Technical Skills: Familiarity with cross-tested, new comparability, and brokerage accounts. Experience with multiple recordkeeping platforms is a plus; Datair experience is preferred but not required.
  • Client Service: Strong client service abilities and a friendly, approachable demeanor.
  • Location: Preference for candidates in RI, AZ, IA, or FL, but the company is open to hiring from any in the Eastern or Central time zones.
