  • This unit prefers a traveler with the following skills: Acute Hospital OR exp, Ambulatory Surgery Center exp
  • Experience with Disinfectants, high-level disinfection, manual cleaning, proper labeling, ultrasonic cleaner and use of washers/sterilizers
  • Specialty Equipment Processing experience in Ear/Nose/Throat, General, Laparoscopic, OB/GYN, Ophthalmology, Orthopedics, Plastics, Podiatry, Robotics, Urology, Vascular

      • Schedule Information
      • 8 Rule: 40.00 hours per 1 week
      • 10 Rule: 40.00 hours per 1 week
      • Travel/Crisis
      • 36 hours for 3, 12-hour shifts
      • 48 hours for 4, 12-hour shifts
      • 40 hours for all shifts less than 12 hours
      • Client is financially responsible for all weekly guaranteed hours in the event of shift cancellations or facility closures. On-call hours do not count towards the guaranteed minimum hours
        • Unit Specific Information
        • Decontamination and Disinfection of Chemical agents (crash carts, IV pumps, PCA pumps)
        • Experience in various specialty equipment processing
          • Additional Details
          • MA CORI Statewide Release required
          • AHA instructor cards are acceptable in lieu of the provider card
          • American Red Cross certs may be accepted on a case-by-case basis
