Job DescriptionThe Data Center Infrastructure Construction team
at Oracle Cloud Infrastructure is a dynamic group of professionals

the Senior Construction Project Manager, you will play a key role
in shaping the future of our data infrastructure builds. Your
leadership will be pivotal in driving the successful execution of
our data center projects, ensuring they align with our
organizational goals. You will lead a team of professionals,

complex data center infrastructure construction projects and

M3ResponsibilitiesKey Responsibilities Include:Project Planning:
Develop and implement long-term strategies for data center
construction projects to align with organizational goals.Partner
with the design team to ensure design and construction are fully
coordinated in advance of contracting.Partner with preconstruction
to ensure collaboration and seem less handoff to
construction.Project Management: Oversee all phases of complex data
center construction projects, ensuring they are completed on time,
within budget, and to the required quality standards.Tenant Fit Out
Integration: Work closely throughout design, construction, and
commissioning to fully coordinate and integrate the separate scope
of tenant fit out projects with the DCIB teams leading these
efforts.Team Leadership: Lead and mentor the project team,
engineers, and construction professionals, fostering a
collaborative and high-performance work environment.Vendor
Management: work with preconstruction and procurement to select,
negotiate, and manage contracts with external vendors, contractors,
and suppliers to ensure project success.Budget Oversight: Develop
and manage project budgets, ensuring cost-effective use of
resources and adherence to financial constraints.Risk Management:
Identify potential risks and develop mitigation strategies to
minimize impact on project timelines and costs.Compliance and
Standards: Ensure all construction activities comply with relevant
regulations, industry standards, and organizational use
cases.Stakeholder Communication: Maintain clear and effective
communication with internal and external stakeholders, providing
regular updates on project status and addressing any
concerns.Quality Assurance: Implement and oversee quality control
processes to ensure the highest standards of construction and
operational efficiency.Innovation and Improvement: Stay abreast of
industry trends and emerging technologies, incorporating innovative
solutions to enhance data center performance and
sustainability.Regular project visits to ensure schedule,
coordination, and quality will be required throughout the life of
the project on an as needed basis.Required SkillsProblem-Solving:

Planning: Expertise in developing and implementing long-term
strategies and establishing program-level requirements for
construction projects.Technical Knowledge: Deep understanding of
data center design, construction, and operational requirements,

sustainability.Project Management: Proven expertise in managing
large-scale data center construction projects from inception to
completion, ensuring timely and within-budget delivery.Leadership:
Demonstrated ability to lead under pressure, mentor, and inspire a
diverse team of project managers, engineers, and construction
professionals.Budget Management: Proficiency in creating, managing,
and optimizing project budgets to ensure cost-effective use of
resources.Risk Management: Ability to identify potential risks and
develop effective mitigation strategies to minimize impact on
project timelines and costs.Vendor Management: Extensive experience
in selecting, negotiating, and managing contracts with external
vendors, contractors, and suppliers.Regulatory Compliance: In-depth
knowledge of relevant regulations, industry standards, and
organizational policies to ensure compliance in all construction
activities.Communication: Excellent verbal and written
communication skills for effective stakeholder engagement and clear

locations onlyUS: Hiring Range: from $120,100 to $251,600 per
annum. May be eligible for bonus, equity, and compensation
deferral.Oracle maintains broad salary ranges for its roles in
order to account for variations in knowledge, skills, experience,

differing products, industries and lines of business.Candidates are
typically placed into the range based on the preceding factors as
