Position Summary:
We are looking for a highly skilled Scientist with a strong background in pharmaceutical sciences to contribute to the research, development, and formulation of innovative drug candidates. The successful candidate will work collaboratively within a multidisciplinary team to design and execute experiments, analyze data, and drive scientific progress within our R&D pipeline.

Key Responsibilities:

Design, plan, and execute laboratory experiments related to drug discovery and development, with a focus on pharmacology, medicinal chemistry, and formulation.
Analyze experimental data and interpret results to guide project decision-making.
Prepare and present detailed technical reports and presentations for internal teams and external stakeholders.
Collaborate with cross-functional teams, including Chemistry, Biology, and Clinical Development, to drive projects forward.
Maintain detailed and accurate laboratory notebooks, following all regulatory and compliance requirements.
Stay current with the latest scientific literature and technological advances in the pharmaceutical industry.
Assist in the preparation of regulatory submissions and other documentation as required.

Qualifications:

Ph.D. or Master's degree in Pharmaceutical Sciences, Chemistry, Biology, or a related field.
A minimum of 3 years of experience in pharmaceutical research and development, preferably in the oncology or immunology therapeutic area.
Strong expertise in drug formulation, analytical chemistry, and in vivo/in vitro testing.
Experience with data analysis tools and scientific software.
Excellent communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to work effectively in a team environment.
Proven ability to think critically, solve complex problems, and manage multiple projects simultaneously.
Familiarity with regulatory guidelines (FDA, EMA, ICH) and GxP standards is a plus.
