  • Job Details
  • The Registered Nurse is an essential member of the patient care team responsible for the delivery of direct and indirect patient care through the nursing process in all assigned areas.
  • The RN will assess patients upon admission using appropriate interview techniques to obtain past medical history, current medical status, vital signs, lab work, x-rays, and other diagnostic tests.
  • Involved in the planning and implementation of a written care plan under the direction of a Physician.
  • All positions require every other weekend and holidays availability.
    • Job Requirements
    • Bachelor's degree required
    • Must possess valid State of New Hampshire RN license
    • 3 years previous nursing experience preferred
    • Accepting only PCU/Stepdown nurses with tele experience
    • Excellent mathematical and analytical skills
    • Excellent written, verbal and interpersonal communication skills.
      • Schedule Information
      • Every other weekend required
      • Holidays availability is required
        • Additional Details
        • Up to 16 hours of orientation is unpaid
        • St. Joseph has the right to cancel up to 3 shifts per 13 week contract.
