Volt is immediately hiring for Accounting Coordinator in Canton, MA



As an Accounting Coordinator you will:

Processing customer sales, invoices, and shipments/pickups.
Reviewing sales tax rate for appropriateness.
Processing freight billings to customers.
Administrative duties such as scanning and telephone support.
Contributing to team efforts by accomplishing related results as needed.
Performing billing on assigned locations.
Performing review of billing on assigned locations.


This is a full-time opportunity.



The ideal candidate will have:

Experience in data entry.
Proficiency in Strong 10-key is required.
1 year Microsoft Outlook experience.


Pay Rate: $20.00 - $22.00 per hour

*Pay range offered to a successful candidate will be based on several factors, including the candidate's education, work experience, work location, specific job duties, certifications, etc.
